As Director of Development for CGXmedia, I had the task of developing the company's flagship eCommerce product, COIN.

The COIN product is a web-based print procurement and proofing tool, used by some of the largest companies in the US The user-base is quite large and the technical proficiency of the users is “all over the map”.

Our challenge was to design an interface that allowed skilled users immediate access to the features they needed, while at the same time walking new or unskilled users through the process step-by-step.

We hired Rus Anderson because of his design skills. Rus’ blend of Design, Technical and Personal skills made him one of my most valued employees. Not only does he know his stuff, but was a pleasure to work with, as well. I was well-pleased with the professional look and feel he gave to the COIN product.
